We tie the “ties” on the ends of the bag using a square knot. It’s not stated in the pattern so we thought we would clarify. You can certainly make the ties longer and tie a bow instead. Personalize your bag! We love it!.

Page 2: 4th line from the bottom of the paragraph cutting dimensions should be 2 1/4″ (2 3/4″, 3 1/4“)
Options: For a tighter binding, cut Fabric A binding strips 2 1/4” wide.
We have a typo on page 7. In the top paragraph, the third and forth sentence from the end, should be one. It should read “Using heavy thread and a ladder stitch, hand stitch each corner to finish.”
